Thoughtfully sourced,

The quality of ingredients matters — both for how the food tastes and how it supports you. I love working with small-batch makers and thoughtful brands who care deeply about quality and sourcing, so every meal feels as good as it tastes.

FAQs

How many servings are included? Can this feed me and my partner?

Serving sizes vary by item, but most meals are designed to provide generous portions. Many families use Postpartum Provisions to help feed both the new mom and her partner during the week, depending on appetite and selections.

Are these meals only for postpartum healing?

They are designed with postpartum recovery in mind, but anyone can enjoy them. The meals are balanced, nutrient-dense, easy on digestion, and made to support energy, nourishment, and everyday life.

Do you offer vegan, paleo, or other specific diet options?

Not at this time. Menus are curated weekly and substitutions are not available. However, allergens will be clearly noted on the menu so you can choose what works best for you.

Where are your ingredients sourced from?

We prioritize high-quality ingredients and love supporting small, thoughtful brands whenever possible. Some of the companies we incorporate into our meals include Get Hooked Seafood, In Season Juice, Oaktown Spice Shop, and Mary’s Chicken.

Postpartum food should feel nourishing, familiar, and within reach.

As a holistic nutritionist, postpartum chef, and recipe developer, my approach is rooted in real, recognizable ingredients that feel grounding, satisfying, and easy to enjoy. I pull from nutrition research, everyday cooking, and years of professional experience to create balanced meals that support recovery, breastfeeding, digestion, immunity, and energy — so you can feel cared for as you care for your baby.
